I have a home warranty and this was the company that was assigned, for a hot water heater. They appear to be very confused from the start. The poor little girl (Kim) was very uncomfortable finding and taking a work order, to the point that she told me that she would have to call me back. Four hours later No call, so I called them back. This call went worst than the first and this poor little girl still didn't know or understand how to do her job. Maybe Kim was not trained properly. It has been my experience, that when things start off bad, they usually continue in that direction. I called the home warranty company and had the reassign this job to another vendor.
