| - The store is clean and well-organized, and some of their sale items weren't too badly priced. They were also running a buy one, get one 50% off sale, so depending on what you found it could be a reasonable deal.
My major problem is that I couldn't get a single person to acknowledge me or offer to help me the entire 20-30 minutes I was in the store until I literally said, out loud, "does anybody want a commission?" I was saying it to my boyfriend as a joke that that is what it would take to get someone's attention, but one gentleman heard the keyword and came over to ask if we needed assistance. If everyone had been busy I'd understand, but we were one of a handful of groups in the store and several of their employees were literally lined up in the main aisle, facing the door, ready to assist, but for whatever reason ignored me as I was clearly hunting for first a specific shoe and second a Brannock device. Obviously they wouldn't know what I was looking for until speaking to me, but since they didn't bother to inquire I gave up on myself and helped my boyfriend, and it was in my fifth or so cycle of the store that I made my joke and we finally got help.
I am generally a hands-off shopper and prefer that salespeople don't hover, but when I make eye contact and stop walking and the person just keeps chatting with their coworker it's not my favorite thing.
I wouldn't not go back - they have plenty of stock - but it's also not at the top of my list.
