  • they are scammers. The air conditioner guy came by didn't fix my leak, told me there was one, and then put in Freon when he told me there was a leak. I told him I did not give permission for that, then the gal at the office yelled at me when I complained. Then the guy called me and yelled at me. They offered to make it right by stating that if I give them 500 dollars more they would fix the problem. I asked for my money back, went to the BBB they were useless. So I reported them to the Arizona Registrar of Contractors. Let's see what they say. If they can't help, next step is the media. Bad business practices. The owner Joshua is a sneaky as they come. They do not care about clients, there were about 26 complaints with the ARC.
