  • My husband and I went to the first Carnegie Crawl of the summer. We decided to change it up and try a food truck for dinner! This particular truck was located right outside of our ultimate destination, Apis Meadery. As much as I wanted a fruit crepe, I wasn't ready for dessert! I decided to get the Breakfast Crepe and my husband ordered the Chicken Ranch Crepe. I believe there was a new employee who was making them as the employee who took my order and money was instructing him along the way. It took quite a bit of time them to be made as almost all of the items are prepared beforehand and just placed within the crepe as it warms up. When I returned to my husband, I quickly realized he did not get Ranch as I watched them make it. He went to retrieve some and came back with the whole bottle that they use in the truck. I thought maybe they would have small cups to put some in.. Overall, the crepes were ok. I would be willing to try a fruit or dessert crepe if we choose to eat at this food truck again.
