| - Three stars for the immense wait.
I was driving and my phone fell out and was run over, unbelievable story, but yes, it happened, and I was the unlucky person to have to pay for a 5S out of warranty, let's just say it's around 200$ and I was not happy. I will spare the details of the repair, but they basically just swapped out my unit for a new one.
I arrived 20 minutes early to my appointment, which when I had an issue a few years back was not a problem. This was a Saturday, and I felt that it being on a weekend, that there would not be as much of a wait as there would have been on a week day. I was wrong, the line was practically out the door. I was assessed as a walk in and they sent me a text to my phone when they were ready for me. I walked up, paid for the new phone, and was out within a matter of seconds after the initial check in. However, I waited an hour and a half, and I kept having my adviser check my status in queue and each time I was the top person on the list, people would walk in and be placed ahead of me.
Other than this, the store is nice, and it's pretty much a geeks dream as one user quoted. I really could stay there all day and just marvel at everything they had to offer.
Other than the immense wait that I had (which took up some of my day, but oh well, it's my fault I broke my phone), it was a good visit. I would recommend this place for any of your Apple needs. It's certainly not a budget store, but they do give you quality items! I can't wait to come for the 6S launch day, where I'll likely give off more of my money toward this store! It's an addiction! An Apple addiction!
