  • 4 stars for the service department and 2 stars for the sales. The sales department treats you like an idiot even though you've purchased a car from them in the past, then they fire the salesman you've been working with in the middle of the negotiations. The managers told me my salesman had to leave due to a family emergency. Yeah okay... Sorry if I'm no longer interested in the vehicle or want to do any business with this dealership. I've visited 4 other dealerships, I understand sales, but poor customer service and unorganized department...I'll pass! To the sales manager; added "option fees" are not required by law!!! "Options."
