We have been using Good Night Pediatrics for 4 years now. The new location is smaller than the old one. There are plenty of seats at the check-in/ waiting lounge. The check in desk is not isolated enough. When I was at the waiting lounge, I could hear the whole conversation between the front desk person and another mom. It got me uncomfortable, so I had to move to the last row by the entrance door. It was understaffed when we were there. One person checked us in, and that same person took us to a room to measure my baby's vitals, then sat us in an examine room to wait for the doctor. The wait in the examine room was longer than the wait at check in. They had the room so cold, that I had to open the door and walked my baby in the hall way. I wanted to ask the nurse whether the doc was going to come any time soon, but there was no one in sight.
The doctor finally came in. She spent a good amount with us in the examine room. That was almost the only pleasant thing about this visit. A few months later, we received a bill of a few hundreds. I guess it was the way our insurance covers things. Make sure you only go to this clinic when you can not wait til the morning to see your regular pediatrician in the am, so that you don't risk getting a bill like mine.
