  • I called this particular Pep Boys and asked how much it would cost for an oil change.. They said $32.95. So I went and dropped my car off, returned to pick it back up, only to get charged an additional $20 for LABOR! Ridiculous. They should've disclosed ALL costs that I was going to be charged over the phone. I would go somewhere else if you're looking for an oil change. That was an extremely shady tactic, not disclosing everything I would've been charged.
