  • I have nothing but wonderful things to say about my experiences at Tempe Camera. Their repair department is a delight to work with. Marsha was patient and very funny. I had purchased a camera online elsewhere and it was damaged when I received it. She assisted me with ensuring that everything that needed to be repaired got fixed and invoiced so I could bill the seller and get my moneys worth. Her honesty and willingness to go that extra mile to make sure the customer is happy is commendable. She even took the time to not just explain the repairs, but also why they were needed and how they tied into proper camera function. The time frame they gave me was accurate and allowed me to plan my time accordingly. I would recommend them to anyone and appreciate their expertise.
