There is only one reason to go to this spa. PETER! Years ago, I frequented Pure Spa on the westside of town for his massage. Then he disappeared. It wasn't until yesterday that I found out where he went... Sam's Spa.
Went into the spa as a couple, and my boyfriend had Peter, and I had another masseuse who was not skilled. Although you are asked to fill out a form with preferences on pressure, at least 10 times I had to ask him to apply more pressure. His massage was more like a rubdown, not deep pressure. I knew within the first 5 minutes his technique would be poor. (When it came to my feet, Peter saw I was very unhappy and switched with him.)
There is a big difference between an experienced and inexperienced reflexologist.
Upon exiting, you are asked to leave a tip. Obviously Peter got the better, well deserved tip. And I hope he gives the other employees lessons!
