| - I went in with quite a situation because my MacBook Pro hard drive crashed and I needed a reliable, affordable, high quality replacement the same day. I wanted a good, local deal, and decided to give this Experimac a try. When I called to inquire, the owner, Mark, was very warm. I went in the next day, and it felt like Starbucks (or Coffee Bean, rather) without the coffee (they may have even gotten some of I'd asked...they're that awesome). Cozy with leather chairs, and an inviting, non-intimidating, "salesy" environment. It's family owned (which I love), so the co-owner / son, Chaim helped as well as his father. They presented a number of computer options, and were patient with me as I decided. The deal I got was too good to even describe on Yelp. But let's just say that as far as computers / electronics / and other similar purchases I've made over the last couple of decades go, the experience, service and "the 'deal'" I received here was the best I've ever had. Thanks guys!
