  • I don't think I have ever received such poor service. They failed to fix my iPhone, told me I had a logic board flaw. I went and bought a new phone and as it turns out, it was the battery all along. When I told them, their answer was "we have nothing to talk about..." To top it all off, they bent the casing of the device so that when I did get it fixed, they had to repair the case and glue down the screen. Terrible service.
