  • Purchased a pair of $350 wireless headphones here. The staff was helpful. After a few days of using the headphones, I noticed that the sound seemed heavier on the right side. Had another person test it and they agreed. Called into Moog and they said I could come back in and have it checked out and even swap it for a new one. Went in and they tested it. While the guys couldn't perceptibly tell there was a sound difference, they let me swap it out anyway. The new pair seems to be more balanced and I've been very happy with the headphones. No more wires!
