  • I had a damaged necklace and asked to see a manager about possible replacement since I had a warranty. I was rudely told that it was not an option since it wasn't broken. I could have been told that in a much better tone and would have left the store in a better mood. The store manager Nancy has no business being a jewelry store manager. She is rude and obnoxious! I would have gladly purchased a different necklace but I am going to give that business to a different store! Please save your time and your entire day by skipping this store!
