Very quick and very impersonal. They just shuttle you right through with little to no conversation or even verbal direction. I couldn't even tell you my manicurist's name.
They don't seem very clean, as they did my manicure on top of a wet washcloth that had been used for at least the previous customer as I saw her leave from that table. In general, it seemed like equipment wasn't cleaned often.
Also, the manicurist was so hurried that she got some shellac polish under and beside my nails and also left some rough edges on my nails. There wasn't anyone else waiting until 3/4 of the way through so no real reason to hurry.
There were other little things too -- the water for soaking was barely warm, they didn't use cuticle oil ahead of time, and they swapped me to a different table halfway through after the first application of polish though there were several tables open.
All that said, it was busy while I was there with a steady stream of about 5-6 people getting nails and waxing done at any given time.
They do have a large selection of gel polish, CND shellac and 3 other brands.
The biggest plus is the price. It was only $30 incl. tax for both shellac removal and shellac manicure. Throughout the manicure I had made up my mind I wouldn't return here, but I must say it's hard to argue with that price.
