WOW!!! What a piece of CRAP manager!!! Jacob Jones needs to take classes is customer service!!! He THINKS he knows better than his customers, takes 1.5 hour lunch breaks, then is rude as hell when he finally does get back to you but because he THINKS he has the last word, he thinks he can play games with your account!!! THINK AGAIN buddy!!! All I need was to have a credit to my account, nope not Jacob. He couldn't do the simplest task by LISTENING to the CUSTOMER! Took 5 minutes at another store.
