  • I can't say enough about the excellent customer service at this location. I bought a lift chair for my elderly mother who lives in Sun City. When it was delivered to her, I saw that it was way too big for her. I went back to the Scottsdale store and told my story and my sales rep, Caleb and the store manager, John Morrison. John knew exactly where I was going with my problem. They arranged a return for the chair that was delivered that morning, and I picked out a more petite lift chair for my mom. They let me take the floor model as the fabric color was not available in the warehouse. All said and done, my mother had her new chair the same day, and it is working out much better. There were other extenuating circumstances in this transaction but John worked out all those details and we are extremely satisfied.
