  • This place is always busy with shoppers but due to the unused space on some floors, it continually looks like it is going out of business. But I don't think that's the case. I stopped in here to look for some shorts and got a great deal on some cargo shorts for $10. There was a big line to check out but it moved fast and the cashiers were friendly. This really has a pretty wide selection of clothes. There were shorts, pants, shirts, ties, hats, fragrances, underwear, socks...the list goes on. If you are in downtown Pittsburgh and need something to wear, check out Burlington.
