  • The salon was quite filthy. Recently cut hair on both stations and wasn't swept up prior to asking me to sit down. I showed her a photo of the color I wanted of a client she recently did (medium brown all over color). She tells me "yes, no problem". I left with dark chocolate brown. Charged me $80. I told her I was unsatisfied because the color is completely different. She ignored my complaint and said "I only charged you $80, it looks the same". Uhhhh no!
