| - On Friday, September 18, 2015 I contacted Cactusjack's via the interactive chat on their website. I wanted to know the "out-the-door" CASH price for a couple of vehicles that I was interested in. I had the stock number and description of the vehicles. After spending several minutes with the fellow that I was chatting with, as he attempted to get a lot of personal information and avoided answering my questions, he said that he would forward my inquiry to the Internet Fleet manager. Since it was apparent that I would not get any satisfaction from the chat idiot, I said ok.
I never received a reply from the "Internet Fleet Manager", that answered my inquiry, but did get three emails expressing their gratitude for my interest in the vehicles and indicating that I was pre-approved for a vehicle loan through their company (even though I had never given them any information other than my email address and a phony last name). I replied that I wanted to pay CASH for a vehicle and would not be financing through them. I have a FICA score well over 800 and, if needing a vehicle loan, would NOT go through a cut-throat, predatory loan process.
To date, I've not received any answer to my inquiry. It's apparent that their customer service is lacking and if this is the way that they treat an interested buyer, I'm pretty sure that it would be worse after they have a person hooked and have made a sale. Avoid them at all costs!
