| - Green Forest is your traditional Churrascaria experience, on a smaller scale. The buffet offers a rotating variety of salads and cold dishes (a minor sushi offering, ussually just one or two simple rolls, crabs legs, shrimp cocktail, etc). Of course the real reason to go is the meat!
The selection varies slightly but has the usual mainstays, bacon wrapped turkey, flank or hanger Steak, (with or without garlic), lamb chops, leg of lamb, rib eye, skirt steak, top sirlon... These are brought to the table as long as you keep your placecard on the green side, often faster than I could keep up. (Not a complaint).
The waitstaff was attentive and knowledgeable. They responded well to special requests (we like our meat more on the rare side. They prepared a new top sirloin for us especially).
The only downside is that the deserts are nothing to write home about... then again, by the time desert comes around, at a place like this, who has room?
