If I could give 0 stars I would. What my wife & I went through was the worst experience ever, it cause so much stress in our relationship before and during the holidays. After months of looking for the right couches we went with Bassett. We spent about 8k and it took a total of 9 weeks to receive one leather couch that was damaged due to really bad wrinkles & the back Velcro not being the right size. We were told that it would be handled so we didn't worry until several weeks later after emailing our sales person and we got nothing. TINA finally got a hold of us telling us that the wrinkles are due to the way the cowhide is which is absolutely false our leather couch was wrinkled due to the way it was packaged and thrown on the box truck. We argued for quite some time and we finally got what we paid for. Second couch shows up today.......! after Christmas! day before New Year's Eve!!!!..... Guess what??? It's dirty and the cushion you actually sit on doesn't fit correctly. There's a 2 inch gap between the other cushion so We immediately called TINA the store manager and she says she'll send out someone to clean it and she recommends us to fluff the cushion!!!!!!!!!!! We've had enough and were writing the corporate office a detailed long long letter about how horrible our experience was at Bassett Furniture due to Tina.
If you are looking to spend your hard earned money & get what you paid for.. Stay away from this place Tina needs to lose her job. And shame on Karen our sales person for allowing this to happen to us.
