Last month I joined Frank and Oak's Hunt Club, a monthly clothing subscription service. In May I received my first Hunt Club crate deciding to keep only one shirt. When I went to return the remaining items I learned that the online system was not allowing for customers to return their unwanted clothing, so I had to call in and wait 20 minutes before someone was able to manually process my return.
At the end of the month Frank and Oak charged me for the full crate. After calling in and waiting another 20 minutes I learned that they were unable to process all of May's returns in time. That, in essence, their system charged everyone the full amount for the month because the company was unable to process all of the returns in time.
The clothes are stylish, not that well made, and a bit overpriced.
