  • This "airport" hotel advertises a 24 hour free shuttle as part of a park and fly package. Since it is very close to the airport, we thought it would be a good choice to stay for our 6:30 am flight. When we checked in the night before and asked to reserve the shuttle for the next morning, we were told that the first shuttle was 6:15 am...and oh by the way, be sure to return our rental car soon that night because the shuttle ends at 10 pm. When asked how we could get to the airport the next morning, the desk clerk shrugged, and at one point the hotel suggested emailing the manager. Totally unacceptable for an "airport" hotel. There are 75 flights leaving PHX before 7:30 am. I pity someone arriving on one of the 40 flights arriving after 9:30 pm who calls this hotel for a shuttle pick-up. By the way, as we were dropped off the next morning by our Uber, we saw a half dozen people get off the shuttle from the nearby Competing hotel. I suggest people with an early flight or late-arriving flight stay there.
