  • At Bouillon Bilk, there's no mistake in blindly picking a dish from the menu because everything is just so good! Service is excellent. Couldn't ask for a better server. Attentive and knowledgeable. The food is presented like a work of art and tastes as good as it looks. There's a discovery of new flavors and textures for every bite you take. Everything on the menu is minimally described but once you get to taste your dish, you'll notice that there's a lot more going on. A spoonful of one side of the dish will not taste the same as the other side. It's almost like exploring a huge new world that is on your plate but you don't know where to start and where to go but everything seems so right. You don't go there to eat, you go there to experience.
