  • we had a home inspection completed this morning and our inspector had concerns with the pools salt system. At first we tried Poolman who you can only contact via the corporate office, you request a appointment that will be set up for the next few days by the local guy when they emailed him tomarrow for a show up fee of $90. We called Island Time and were able to setup a 8am appointment for tomorrow. luckily for us he finished a repair job early and met us at 330pm today. We are under a time crunch due to holidays and limited inspection time. Rod Zervakos fully inspected the pool pump system, cleaned it out, tested the pool, found the few issues our home inspector found, then was able to locate the issue with the salt system. Cell Blades were cracked and starting to expand apart. It still worked just not very well. With his help we found warranty information and are having it repaired. Rod spent over 90 minutes inspecting, educating us, and helping us to find a proper solution to all isues at 0 yes zero cost. You can tell that as the customer our questions, concerns, and our future pool was very important to him. Rarely can you find anyone willing to show up to help you solve all your issues for a hour and a half for nothing. His only compensation is he most definitely earned all our future business. We are also using him as our filter and pump repairman and after a very reasonable full cleaning, testing, and all chemicals needed included plan we will start a weekly service with them after our home closes.
