Horrible customer service, well maybe not horrible just non existent. I stood at the phone display for 15 minutes and the only person that was willing to help was the Samsung rep (ironic since he doesn't even work for Best Buy). The Samsung rep went to get someone to help me purchase an iPhone - again ironic - but apparently ALL Best Buy employees were in the restroom so I left. And, they weren't even busy, there were only about six customers in the store. Apparently Best Buy is doing so well that they don't need my money.
