  • Waited 2.5 hours for a goddamn battery jump in single digit temperatures. I called several times and it became obvious they forgot about us. Then tow truck passes us while we are waiting. When they finally arrived they didn't have the charge pack charged. So he ran to the store to find jumper cables. Ridiculous. I'm asking my auto insurer to drop them as a tow service.
