  • When our front loading washing machine wouldnt open late on a Monday afternoon, all I could think about was having wet clothes in it, and it taking days for someone to come out and fix it. I did a google search - called the first number I saw, and talked to Rom at Absolute Appliance Services. He let me know he'd be in my area in a few hours and gave me a 2 hour window in which to expect him (between 5pm and 7pm...later than I expected anyone to be working.) He was friendly, professional, and cleaned up after himself. He replaced the locking mechanism the same evening and we were back to washing clothes about 30 minutes after he showed up. The fact that he came out the same night makes he and his company a winner in our book.
