  • Made an appointment and waited all day for the service tech only to receive a call from Ana at 4:45pm telling they couldn't make it until 2 days later because they overbooked. Extremely poor run business that doesn't know how to schedule. Lost a whole day off work sitting at home waiting for this company. Never again. No consideration for what customers had to do to arrange their day. Don't risk the same experience!
