| - A bad experience- see photos for yourself. Worth the reading trust me. After getting a few estimates for my interior paint for the house that I just purchased I was anxious to move in. I went with shad, he basically sold me his work, came in and gave me his opinion on knowledge, colors, info and answered my questions, price was good compared to others and he even did some free nice accent wall and pieces for me and white touch up paint in my closet. He was very professional and stood by his work. Now for the bad side- shad said they would finish in minimum 1 1/2 day, then went into 2 then 3 days total, didn't upset me too bad but still a hassle. Also all those 3 nights the workers would leave ALL my lights and ALL my ceilings fans on when they were done for the day and leave a few windows open with AC on couple times, come on guys I have electric bill to pay just like you I thought they would figure it out when they come back and notice everything is off. I don't know what time they would leave/ finish for the day but I really wish they would update me when so I could move in. So my wife did a final walk through and paid the painter. There were lots of spots that were missed as seen in photos. But my wife just wanted them out so we could have some privacy and get moving in and we could just paint/ touch up our selfs. Few days later shad calls and says thanks for the business and I told him about parts that needed touch up and I didn't mind doing it myself. Shad did the right thing and said "hey that's our job well come and fix it" so they had a guy come in and re due everything I found at the moment that I taped/ marked. He did fix some things but some things he made worse and still half assed some parts. After living in my home for a few weeks and looking at everything I see more and more FLAWS. Honestly the work was half assed, unprofessional. I'm not being mean just giving you my experience. The painters missed so many parts didn't remove the blinds and didn't paint the inner window trim areas. Didn't paint small parts between bathroom mirror, I could tell they didn't tape off most of the parts as you can see brush marks, I was told everything would get taped off, they did a sloppy job and got paint on ceiling and my molding and mirror and didn't clean it up and if they did they didn't match the white paint. Some missed spots are just ridiculous. And even when the Painter came to touch up/ correct the spot he didn't do 100% and made some parts worse, I climbed to my vaulted ceilings and see they didn't paint up there, also there were greasy hand prints on my walls and blind. Overall the paint looks good, the accents parts look good, but after actually living in the home and attention to detail shows the work was very unprofessional half assed. I'm overall upset every day I find something wrong. The 1.5 day turned into 3 days which is a inconvenience, the painter coming back to fix the touch ups is a inconvenience making total of 3.5days . It was a bad job. I hope they see this and learn from it and give me a call if needed for more info. I picked Titelist paint for it's great Yelp reviews and was hoping to get the good work I read.
