  • I have read a lot of the negative reviews on here and I know I don't know their story - but a lot of these people do not work in the medical industry let alone understand how manage care payer systems work. I.e., what's covered and what's not covered for certain procedures and/or certain controlled medications are heavily regulated. I have had a wonderful experience here with my mother. From the front office staff, medical assistants, to my mother's doctor, Dr Von Tobel. CareMore Medical Group is all about preventive medicine and they don't mess around getting the ball rolling. My mother use to be with Healthcare Partners and that office we were at didn't know what the left hand was doing from the right hand. This is why we choose another medical group like CareMore and we couldn't be happier than ever. Very courteous and prompt service. Never have a problem getting an appointment and no long waits to see the doc. If there's an issue I call them up and they fix it immediately. Thank you to everyone at the 3150 Tenaya office location for an incredible job!!!
