  • I called before I went in and asked if they work on Rolex watches because I just needed a strap swapped out and Paula said yes we do but we close at 2pm today so I told her I would be right in. When I arrived the jeweler an older gentleman with white hair took my watch to the back to switch out the strap 10 minutes later he comes out saying he doesn't know how to take the clasp off so he's going to have to keep it because he doesn't have time to look online because it was busy. I asked him why he would touch a $15,000 watch if he doesn't know how to do it he never replied and tried to give me my watch taken apart. I told him to put it back how it was he got a attitude went to the back to put the original strap back on. He came back out and slammed my watch on his desk then said oh wait I still have a screw undone let me go tighten it back up. After getting my watch and leaving irritated I looked at my watch and realized there was a scratch on it where you take the strap off. I know this wasn't already there because it is a brand new Rolex with the plastic still on it. This place is unprofessional and does not know what they are doing stay away from this place unless you need a battery in our Casio. The customer service was horrible I don't understand how the jeweler took out his frustrations on the customer because he doesn't know what he's doing. He told me 3 times when leaving good luck with that. I don't need luck I just need a jeweler who knows what he's doing. Please have the owner contact me or I will be leaving bad reviews on other sites also.
