I am a pasta fiend, and fresh made pasta always rises to the top of my list when looking for a good pasta joint. Parma fits the bill. I was in the mood for bucatini, but they didn't have it on the menu, so I had to settle for the thin spaghetti. The Sunday Sauce was fantastic (only second to Nove's Sunday Gravy - although I sometimes do get my sauces and gravies mixed up) - complementing the fresh pasta perfectly.
