  • I've been going to this place a number of times and each time, I wonder why I even come to this place. Mainly because it's convenient for me. For the most part they do an okay job. There have been a couple times that my dress shirts where pressed horribly and a suit was ruined. I never really complained because the owners (especially the husband has such a bad attitude) I'd like to say today was my very last straw. I wanted to give this establishment a chance but no thank you. I'd rather give my business elsewhere. They do not appreciate their customers. Customer service goes along way. For this place; just respecting people would be nice. The wife is not bad (she smiles and says hi to you). The husband on the other hand... not a smile on his face. He wants you out. You say hi, he will frown and not say one thing. I don't know why he's even in business. My day went from great to hating a local business (which I try to support small businesses as much as possible) With this said, I'm in need for a new cleaner. Anyone have any suggestions?
