  • I was looking all over to find the right Head unit (stereo) and stumbled upon Handcrafted Car Audio. I was able to call in and speak with Jon. He not only took his time to help me but he also recommended the perfect unit for my vehicle. I made my appointment within a days time and was welcomed immediately upon entering the business. They not only put in a great stereo, but also explained how to use it. I now have the Sony XAV-701HD and am loving it. While I was there they also installed a flush mounted USB connection in the dash. You cant even tell it was installed! it looks like it was a factory add on! I am more than happy with the work and the stereo. The best thing about this business is it's knowledge base and there dedication to customer service. Jon even contacted me within the next couple of days to see how it was working. I am a U.S. Navy disabled veteran and am glad that a Business like this one is out there. Not to often you get such good customer service in this country. I will be returning to Handcrafted Car Audio in the future to add more to my vehicle. I thank you and appreciate your help gentlemen!
