  • This is this most unprofessional medical office I have ever gone to. Apparently there is no consistent record keeping because I've been called by 3 different staff members about a referral on a matter that I have told several staff that I already have my own gastroenterologist!!!! I have waited over an hour in their waiting room to be seen several times to be led to an internal office to wait 30+ minutes more. Then the nurse practitioner spends 5minutes with me. And doesn't even have my test results so has to run to another room to run them off. BTW they don't even call their patients to give them their test results. Instead you get calls from unfamiliar medical offices wanting to make an appointment with you because EVFM told them to call. And leaving messages for someone to call you back? Ha. You might get a call back in a week or ten days ----- or never. This isn't the only location I've been to or had problems with. My advice is to find another doctor's office not affiliated with EVFM. They don't even deserve one star.
