  • What can I say about Searsucker? I was blown away. Literally. Never have I wished I could give a sixth star on a review before. We went to Searsucker on a Saturday night before a Penn and Teller show. We started off with the Frites - usually just fries. But these were other-worldly. Seasoned perfectly, and fried to perfection. I went to heaven. Thinking we were in some carb induced haze, we ordered the sliders after that. A small bite of perfection. Thinking we needed some veggies, my dining partner ordered the brussel sprouts and I ordered the heirloom carrots. We were both blown away again and I can say it's the only time I have ever tasted brussel sprouts and thought they were good. Like really good. Back on the protein trail, we ordered the short ribs and this was the coup de gras. This was easily the best "small plate" dinner we have ever had. The service was also outstanding. I just wish I was back in Vegas to go again and try more of their tasty food. Do yourself a favor and get over to Searsucker as fast as you can. You won't be disappointed.
