  • This restaurant single-handedly made up for twenty years of hating poutine with a passion. Out with the mushy fries in rehydrated brown sauce and the suspiciously chewy cheese, in with choice ingredients: crunchy potatoes, caramelized onions, beef fillet, blue cheese, and home made gravy. Another happy accident! Thank you Poutineville!
