| - I'd previously written a glowing review about this place and sadly, I had to remove it. I gave this individual all the patience in the world, but at some point you just have to call it like it is.
I initially came here for a lash lift. Yes, it was absolutely wonderful and she did a great job. I then bought a package for two more lifts for the future. I also bought a 3 package facial promotion.
Since my initial lash lift about 7 months ago, I have been cancelled on SIX times. Six.
The appointment for one facial I made resulted in three sequential reschedules, all at the last minute. All with varying excuses ranging from sick people , hurt back, a virus.
I did receive that one facial.
I went in last week for a lash lift and I told a friend that if she cancels, I was going to have to call my credit card company. I did get my original scheduled appointment.
I made this appointment and another facial (I have two remaining) weeks ago. My second facial appointment was for earlier this week. Less than an hour before my appointment, I got a cancellation text and letting me choose any time to reschedule. I made that reschedule for today. I just received a text cancelling AGAIN with another excuse even more dramatic than the one I received for the original appointment.
I hate to tear down a small business owner, but I cannot endorse this as it has reached ridiculous proportions. I've only had ONE appointment honored ever. One.
Things happen, yes; but SIX cancellations is absolutely ridiculous. At this point I am taking a loss on the 3 facials I bought because I seriously doubt I'll ever get them.
UPDATE: this owner has blown up my phone with nearly 20 texts, threatened a lawyer, you name it.
I have not cancelled multiple times , period.
I would be very leery at this point.
SECOND UPDATE: Callie continues to change her reviews and alter her story. (Today alone she posted three changes to her reply from weeks ago.See photos ) If anyone doubts the validity of this review, I"d read through the negative comments and note a similarity.. she cancels repeatedly , then blames her client and accuses them of cancelling or other faults. I've also received communication from the OTHER unhappy yelpers and they have also experienced the same: once you write a negative review, Callie blows up your phone. I had to block this individual because of over 30 texts. To be clear, Callie notified me that SHE would be contacting her 'business lawyer'. The 'threat' I made was to stop harassing me and to cease sending texts. I have updated pics of this as well as a screenshot of this woman's nonstop texting.
Callie, please move on at this point. I will not be removing my post and I am not the only client who you repeatedly cancelled on, then posted false information in order to make *them* look at fault rather then handle it correctly.
I *have* taken my business elsewhere Callie and I am very pleased with their customer service. As I said weeks ago when I opted not to reschedule a third time in a week: best of luck to you. I hope you can move on and focus on your business rather than continue to focus on a bad yelp review.
