  • called for an install of 2 appliances (that were already at my home). I informed them what was to be installed beforehand (a dishwasher and a double oven). I was quoted $250 unless there was some unforeseen problem (hhgregg wanted $270 to install). I figured let me try a mom and pop for once, so there's no split with a big box store...wrong!!! firstly, they should have said, "they really don't do installs" when I called. Moses had to read all the instructions for installation. (took about 30 mins to read it for each appliance and I could've done that) he refused to listen to his helper (who appeared more informed) and to top that, I helped (which wasn't a problem as of yet). took about 3 hours when I've got these same appliances installed in my former home (which is why I bought them in the first place) and it took under 1 hour for both... the topper is when he wrote the bill for, get this, $564 dollars...I couldn't believe it, neither could his helper, as he never came back in the house...I've heard of price gouging, but this was asanine...I wish someone would ask me could I recommend them!!! #hellnaw
