  • I bought a new home through redfin and was recommended this home inspection service but they did not find the problems I am continually finding with the ac. There were very noticeable leakages in duct work for downstairs ac unit that should have been captured. The airflow downstairs is very noticeable weaker compared to the airflow upstairs and these things were not found on my home inspection. I want a refund because I have at least paid to get my duct work fixed once and we still have issues .
