  • I visited this store at about 11 PM on August 31 which was a Sunday night and this was by far the worst grocery store experience I have EVER had. Even for Wal mart's standards, this place is horrendous. I went there to buy a dove stamp for my hunting license for the opening day of the season and my god, I couldn't have made a worse choice coming here. For starters, the sporting goods section only had one person behind the counter who was clearly inexperienced at his job and was frantically shuffling through papers and drawers trying to figure out how to complete a transaction. There was a line of about 6 people when I arrived and this incompetent person was left in charge of this entire department. After about at least 30 minutes, I was finally at the front of the line, ONLY to be told that he has to clock out and he's already off so he said he was going to go find someone else to help me, even though I was the last person there and it wouldve only taken a minute. SO then begins another 45 minute struggle of running all over the store trying to find someone who could help me. The customer service department didnt care much, the manager on duty didn't do a damn thing, she wasn't concerned about it in the least bit, and finally a random employee showed up and I had to state my case for 5 minutes with this belligerent man in order for him to take precious time out of his night to finally help me. I'd say from this point, it took another half an hour for me to finally get my stamp. So all in all about an hour and a half at Walmart was spent to buy a $4 dove stamp. Not to mention when I finally got the last guy to help me out, there was a line of 3 or 4 more people that had been building up in the mean time, and he refused to check me out separately. I was told to wait until the 4 people behind me got all their stamps and paper work filled out as well (20 minutes) so that we can all trek as a group from the sporting goods section to the front of the store where I finally paid $4 and was able to put an end to this disgusting experience. These people are understaffed, inexperienced, jaded and have no business behind in ANY sort of customer service positions because the main issue here and my main complaint is that THEY DONT CARE. I can't emphasize this enough, THEY DONT CARE about you or your problems, or what you're looking for or any of that nonsensical Wal Mart rhetoric that they all have written on their blue shirts. What these people care about is what time they can clock out. Thats it. PLEASE DO NOT COME HERE. Anyone is who up at 2 AM and needs something urgently from a grocery store, please find somewhere else. I know the huge selection and low prices might make wal mart sound like a tempting idea, but don't do it! I hope I wake up one morning and find out that this location has been wiped out from the face of the planet. Its a disgrace
