  • I wish I could give no stars. This is the absolute worst experience I've had with a property management company. Everything was going okay with our lease until the owner decided to sell the property. Then all hell broke loose. He gave out my personal contact information to realtors while I was on vacation for a family wedding. I VERBALLY told Robert that we'd terminate the lease because that was one of our options. He decided to email me and completely ignore that conversation we had and told me that the new owner would honor our lease. That was after we had found a house with our AWESOME realtor. He confronted me in front of the new owner as well - such a nice guy to make a woman feel that way especially with everything going on in the news today. After we cleaned that entire house, he refunded us jack shit. So in conclusion, Robert sucks, his company sucks and I'd stay far, far, far away if I were you. Want the name of an awesome realtor?
