  • The location is good. The climate control is a disaster. They only either have heating or a/c available before switching between the two. It's February. My window is open, and I have a fan blowing. At 10:45 PM it's over 80 degrees in my apartment, and there's nothing I can do about it. People constantly have their doors open trying to get air, and some people have installed makeshift air conditioning units in their windows because apparently the complex thinks it's appropriate to only provide heating when the highs are in the 80s. Damn shame.
