  • I bought and have been bringing my vehicle here for 6 years for service because I bought a service package. Over the last 2 years I've had nothing but grief. They are understaffed and can't offer the service a larger dealership can. Every time I have to wait for a shuttle service that makes me excessively late for work and can't pick me up at the end of the day. I usually have to cab it. The last service I had them change out my winter tires which had studs and I had loaded in the back of our SUV. When I picked up my vehicle my rear bumper was all chipped up from them rolling the studded tires over it. The mechanic denied the damage trying to state it was there before. They did honour and attempt to fix the chips, which just looked like they used nail polish, so a poor job. I'm also concerned they don't actually follow the service guidelines. Our vehicle has very low mileage for a 6 year old vehicle but I am seeing symptoms of a weak battery that they don't seem to check for. And I am pretty sure coolant and transmission fluids age over time. These are also not ever addressed. Guess it's off to Jiffy Lube for next one.
