**Take your pet to a different emergency animal hospital** Terrible customer service. I waited 1 hour for the vet to suggest her treatment another hour for the very rude technician April when I say rude I mean it. I smiled I told her look my dog is wagging her tail for you she's been sad all day. No smile no care no words other than straight to the breakdown on the bill to tell me it's going to cost $1,800 to treat my pet. I told her there was no way I could pay that. Immediately she marked a big line though the bill with her pen and stormed out. Another "tech" came in maybe 10 minutes later and asked if we were going to apply for the credit card I told it's probably best if I don't and she said "so what do you want to do?!" I was appalled I want care for my pet. I had already told them my budget. I told her I just need to get her what the vet thinks is a priority not a bill to spend the night at the hospital. Another 20 minutes go by with no status on what the vet recommends at this point I'm ready to leave. I get up exit the room and here comes April asking if there if any further treatment we would like to receive. What do you mean April? My poor pup never even received treatment. I told her yes I am trying to get my pup the treatment that is needed the most. In return she says ok let me get the discharge papers for you. What?! I can't believe this I thought she was going to say let me get the vet out here to talk to you and escort me back to the room. In the end I paid $95 for the examine that got us nowhere. I cried when I walked out. I felt like no one tried to help my baby.
