rev:text	Myself, and 15 friends went here the other night for a friends birthday. We called in advance to book a reservation, but they said "no reservations". However, when we got there ... they were letting kids groups "with reservations" go before us. That being said, we had to wait almost 2 HOURS to get on the track. NOTE --- There is NO HEAT in the track warehouse .... so if you're planning on going in the winter, bring a jacket, hats and gloves. Our group had all of that and we were still FREEZING. We saw other drivers pulling over to try and warm up their hands here and there too. Also, this place doesn't have a system to notify you when it is your turn to race. You have to go out to the track and wait in line. We were frozen before we even got on the track. The staff are HORRIBLE!! They don't communicate with you, so you never know what to do or where to go. They were also rude when I asked why we had been waiting 2 hours, by giving us a ton of attitude. I feel like the entire place is run by teenagers who hate their jobs. The cars kept stalling or running out of gas. Some were fast and some were slow. This was annoying ... and one of our friends missed out on about 4 laps because he had to keep switching cars to find one that worked properly. They never let him make up his laps either. This place is way overpriced. $30 some-odd dollars for 15 MINUTES of racing. Also, they make you buy a "membership card" for an additional $5.00 too. I told the girl at the cash that I didn't want a membership as this would be my one and only time there... and she said "Doesn't matter. Everyone has to pay the membership card fee". Awesome. I would never go to this place again.
