  • This is actually for 2 separate incidents. The first is for when I bought my new Kia there. The sales manager is very ugly, rude, and does not listen to a thing you have to say about the car you're trading in. I had a lot of negative equity in my car but he told me the payments I would be willing to make for a new car with that equity was impossible. They tried to low ball me with a trade offer, and when I kept telling them no, the sales manager started to get visibly angry!!!! I had to ask for my keys 6 times before they were returned to me and as I was walking out, someone else approached me to try to reel me back in!!!!! Ridiculous!!!!!! The first sales guy I dealt with called me back the next day to apologize and I told him the sales manager was the one who owed me an apology. He told me he had a car I'd like and I went back and only dealt with him. I got a new car because of him with no negative equity. After that, I needed a part for my new car. Their service department is also horrendous because you have to talk to at least 8 people from 2-3 departments JUST TO ORDER ONE PART!!!!! And only ONE of them was nice! The people here are not polite or respectable people. They are rude and get nasty if they don't get their way and they don't know their bums from a hole in the wall.....will NEVER deal with any Hendrick dealer again!
