  • I've seen the reviews and really didn't want to go to this store. I chose the store on bell and 75th ave. the reviews there showed a Sales person by the name of Maria Camacho being really good. So I went to the store in search for this person. The staff was friendly and had told me that Maria had gotten promoted and now manages the store on grand and bell in surprise. So I was like ok. I went back to the Surprise Location. The wait was worth it. Maria helped me open my new account. Gave a great deal on their new promotions. Helped me transfer my numbers over from verizon. She even helped me with my Apple ID. I also learned that this store is under new management. I will recommend my friends and family to Maria. Looks like there was a staff change. Just gotta say it was for the good.
